      The Candidate Specification
We are recruiting for an experienced Deckhand to join a world-travelling yacht programme, initially on a temporary basis from 26th November, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position from 3rd January following a successful trial period.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of deck experience and be confident across both tender driving and watersports operations. A Yachtmaster qualification is preferred, although candidates with strong tender driving experience will also be considered. A PWC licence is essential, with PWCI considered a strong advantage.

This is a heavily guest-facing position, so we are looking for someone who is neat, presentable and personable, with the confidence to interact naturally with guests. A strong understanding of watersports operations is essential, with additional skills such as drone piloting, DJing or carpentry considered advantageous.

The successful candidate should be looking to commit to the programme for at least one year. Once permanent, the position operates on a 4:2 rotation and includes a training budget, annual review and discretionary annual bonus.

      • Required experience: Minimum 1-2 years Deckhand experience, strong tender driving and watersports experience
      • Qualification: PWC required; Yachtmaster preferred; PWCI advantageous
      • Required Visa: B1/B2 in hand, essential
