Job Title: Private Yacht Chef – Chinese Cuisine Specialist

The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a highly experienced chef who specialises in authentic Chinese cuisine for a 100m+ private, dual-season yacht. This is a specialist role, and candidates without a strong, demonstrable background in Chinese cooking will not be considered. A genuine passion for and deep culinary knowledge of Chinese regional cuisines is essential, not simply an interest or general familiarity.
Applicants must have a proven track record specifically in Chinese cuisine, gained through significant experience in a specialty Chinese restaurant, extensive private or corporate chef work within a Chinese culinary context, or a substantial period of residence and culinary training in China. We are looking for a true specialist with real depth of expertise, someone who can consistently deliver an authentic, high-end Chinese dining experience at the highest standard expected on a yacht of this calibre.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing meals for the guests, with additional responsibility for crew catering when guests are not on board. Previous yacht experience is preferred, and STCW certification would be considered an asset.
The role is available immediately, with a start date required within two weeks.
