The Candidate Specification
We are recruiting for an experienced Spa Stewardess to join an 80M+ private yacht operating a dual-season programme and heading into the Caribbean.
 
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on spa experience across massage, facials, gel manicures and pedicures, and waxing. Alongside the spa side of the role, you will also need to be equally confident and happy working across laundry, housekeeping and service as part of the wider interior team.
 
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys both sides of the position and is comfortable balancing spa responsibilities with a varied interior workload. The interior team rotates between laundry, housekeeping and service where possible, so the ability to be flexible, hands-on and willing to get involved wherever needed is essential. There is also a Stewardess/Masseuse already onboard, so you will not be solely responsible for all massage treatments.
 
There is great longevity amongst the crew, with a friendly and well-established interior team of seven. We are looking for someone who is bubbly, approachable and positive, with a genuine team-player mentality. Someone who enjoys working as part of a strong interior team and brings good energy onboard would be a great fit.

• Required experience: Previous Spa Stewardess experience with strong spa and interior skills
• Qualification: Relevant Spa/Beauty Therapy qualifications, STCW, ENG1
• Required Visa: B1/B2 preferred; assistance available for the right candidate
• Due to Cabin arrangements: Female
