The Candidate Specification
 
We are recruiting for a Stewardess to join an 80M+ private yacht operating a dual-season programme and heading into the Caribbean.
 
The ideal candidate will be confident across all areas of the interior, including housekeeping, laundry and service. You should be comfortable working in a busy environment, have a good eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards throughout the yacht. Previous yacht experience would be advantageous, however we are also open to candidates looking to enter the industry for the first time who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
 
This role would suit someone who is genuinely passionate about the interior side of yachting and enjoys being part of a close-knit, hardworking team. Flexibility is important, as the interior team rotates between laundry, housekeeping and service where possible, and you will be expected to get involved wherever needed.
 
There is great longevity amongst the crew, with a friendly and well-established interior team of seven. We are looking for someone who is bubbly, approachable and positive, with a genuine team-player mentality. Someone who enjoys working as part of a strong interior team and brings good energy onboard would be a great fit.

• Required experience: Previous yacht/interior experience advantageous but not essential
• Qualification: STCW, ENG1
• Required Visa: B1/B2 required for US programme
• Due to Cabin arrangements: Female
