The Candidate Specification
 
We are looking for a Temporary Deckhand to join a 70m+ private yacht in Croatia from 5th September until approximately 1st November.
 
The successful candidate should hold a Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and be able to slot into an established deck team with minimal supervision. Previous experience on a similar-sized yacht would be beneficial.
 
The yacht has one charter scheduled, during which the temporary crew member will receive a share of tips. The remainder of the contract will involve guest cruising.
 
Due to the short turnaround, candidates must already be based in Europe or nearby and have all required documentation ready.

• Required experience: Previous deckhand experience.
• Qualification: Yachtmaster Offshore, STCW, Medical, PDSD, Seaman’s Discharge Book.
• Required Visa: Schengen Visa (If Applicable)
• Due to Cabin arrangements: Male
