Job Title: Chief Stewardess

The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a private and charter yacht. The successful candidate must have previous experience working as Chief Stew aboard a charter yacht and be confident in leading an interior team. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dedicated, highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional standards of service and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the interior, managing and leading a team of four, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all areas of the guest experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent leadership skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage the demands of both private and charter operations.
The yacht is due to head to the Canary Islands before crossing over to the Caribbean for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join an established private and charter yacht and be part of a close-knit team for the season ahead.
