The Candidate Specification
 
We are looking for a Deckhand / Golf Instructor to join a busy 100m+ private new-build yacht.

Candidates should have previous experience on a busy yacht and be confident working in a guest-facing environment. Alongside day-to-day deck duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with golf, including providing lessons and operating the yacht’s golf simulator. A low golf handicap (ideally below 4-5) is highly desirable, along with a good understanding of the technical aspects of the game.
 
We are looking for someone who is professional, well-presented, and comfortable working long hours during busy owner trips. A Yachtmaster qualification would be an advantage but is not essential. A B1/B2 visa is preferred, although there is time for the successful candidate to obtain one if required.

• Required experience: Previous experience on a busy yacht and a strong golfing background.
• Qualification: Yachtmaster (Advantageous)
• Required Visa: B1/B2 (Preferred) , Schengen Visa (If applicable)
• Due to Cabin arrangements: Male
