Job Title: Temporary Deckhand

The Candidate Specification
We’re looking for a deckhand to join a busy programme on an immediate start basis, covering medical leave. The contract will run until the end of September, during which time there are guest trips ongoing, with an all-male guest group on board. It’s a busy time on board at the moment, so we need someone with a minimum of one year’s experience who can hit the ground running from day one.
The role pays €150 a day, and we’d prefer candidates based in the EU or UK for ease of travel. A Yachtmaster qualification is preferred, as the role includes tender driving at nighttime, though we’d also consider a confident, experienced tender driver without one. We’re looking for someone well presented, with no visible tattoos.
Candidates need to be able to commit to a minimum of four to six weeks. While the immediate need is for someone to cover that period, there’s genuine potential for a permanent position on this particular boat at the end of the season for the right person.
