Superyacht Crew UK have been outstanding from start to finish. Summer is an absolute superstar – warm, professional, and so genuinely invested in finding the right fit rather than just ticking boxes. You can tell this isn’t just about placing crew, it’s about placing the right crew in the right environment, and that makes all the difference.
Her whole team has been amazing – responsive, supportive, and on the ball. The reference checks have been so thorough, and the verbal feedback I received was incredibly in-depth and helpful. I felt really looked after throughout the process, and you can feel how much care goes into everything they do.
Although we ended up hiring someone who came to us directly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Superyacht Crew UK. Summer and her team will absolutely be my go-to recruiters, they’re a joy to work with and a total credit to the industry.
